Level 2 is for ages 6+ and if you have successfully completed Level 2.
This class is 30 minutes and runs for 10 weeks.
Swimmers work on propulsion skills to move through water and to remain at the surface. Swimmers work on the front swim (5m) and learn about deep-water activities and proper use of a floatation device (PFD). Fitness activities include the 10m flutter kick and a 10m distance swim.
