Baby Boot Camp


Bring Mom & Baby for an amazing time to work out your entire body. Sometimes using your baby as your weight and sometimes babies socialize as Mom's do the work. Get back into shape after having your baby.

This is a registered program. This Summer program is at an offsite location- please see fitness staff for details.
