Seniors 55+ with cognitive changes and their caregivers from the following communities:

- Spanish-Speaking
- Afghan
Weekly Cultural Cafes
- Gentle exercises
- Information sharing

Monthly Community Connections

- Flavors of home (Intercultural cooking sessions)
Quarterly Information Sessions
