Facing a layoff? You're not alone.
FUTURE VISION is a no-cost reskilling program funded by the Government
of Canada’s Community Workforce Development Program. This program
is designed to help women and gender-diverse individuals impacted by
layoffs gain new skills, build confidence, and connect with new career
opportunities.
Participants receive:
✔ Training in one of three streams: Project Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation with Applied AI
✔ Career development support
✔ Employer connections and mentorship opportunities
✔ One-on-one Participant Support
✔ Completion bonus
